By signing up and using the Arena365 website, you hereby agree to accept the following terms and conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. When signing up you commit yourself to be over the age of 13 and not to provide any false personal information on Arena365 website or create a profile for anyone other than yourself without permission. You commit yourself to not misuse the profile or Arena365 solution in any way or for any purposes e.g. by uploading or distributing illegal material related to but not limited to child pornography, racial or doping related materials or in any other way encouraging users to any illegal, offensive or violent activities. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Arena365 Corporation from any accidents, injuries, or direct or indirect damages of any kind which you may experience from the use of the Arena365 website.

By signing up, you also agree to receive the Arena365 newsletter. However, you are not obliged to the continuous subscription and you can at any time unsubscribe the newsletter. You change the settings under ‘my profile’ – ‘edit profile’ – ‘email notifications’.

Arena365 has been developed to help our users to live a healthier and more active life by providing features and services to overcome problems with planning, communication, motivation and staying in touch with sports related network. The information and features provided within the website and from our services are not intended to be a diagnosis or prescription and can never replace the direct contact with educated and trained professionals (trainers, doctors, physiotherapists etc.). Arena365 Corporation cannot guarantee any sports or health results or improvements to the users of Arena365. Your use of the platform and the services is at your sole risk.

Arena365 Corporation does not pre-screen content and cannot be held responsible for content provided by our users. As user you are responsible for all activity and content (data, graphics, photos, video, links etc.) that is uploaded or created under your Arena365 profile, arena or group. We may, but have no obligation to, remove or refuse content and profiles, arenas or groups containing content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, damaging, or in any other way objectionable. Likewise, Arena365 Corporation reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

If you come across content or profiles and arenas at Arena365 containing offensive or unlawful material we can only ask you to contact us at feedback@arena365.com in order for us to take action.

Arena365.com is firstly launched in a closed beta-version and as a result improvements and changes in features and functionality will occur regularly. The Arena365 Corporation will do its utmost to prevent these developments of the solution to be of any annoyance of our users. Loss of user generated data and other inconveniences can however not be ruled out. The Arena365 Corporation cannot be held responsible for any inconvenient consequences as a result of the ongoing improvements and changes.

Any new features or tools which are added to the Arena365 website will also be subject to the mentioned terms and conditions. Arena365 Corporation reserves the right to update, add, remove and change the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy at any time. Your continued use of Arena365 website following the posting of the changes of these terms will mean you accept these changes. The changes and updates will be posted at the Arena365 website. You can always find the most current version of the terms and conditions at any time by visiting this website.

These terms and conditions shall be construed and interpreted pursuant to the Laws of Denmark and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish Courts.
