
Keep yourself active and motivated by planning your sport-related activities. Planning and registering activities creates a personal log of the active things you have been doing. These activities will appear in your personal calendar.
• Go to 'My profile'
• Click on 'My log'
• Click on 'Plan activity' in the action box in the right hand side of the screen
• Fill in details and a description of your new activity, for instance going for a run three times a week, or attending a weekly aerobics class
• Connect your new activity with one of your goals
• Decide on who can see your registrations on this activity
• Finish by clicking on 'Create activity'
• The planned activity will appear on the list of your planned activities and are ready for registrations
