
You can set and measure your route so you’ll know exactly how far you walked, ran, rowed or swam and plan where you are going next.
• Go to ‘My profile’
• Select ‘My route’ in the menu bar and click ‘create new route’
• Name your route and select the relevant sport
• Click on your starting point and continue making small dots on the map to draw and trace your route
• Click ‘Save’ when you are done
The tool calculates the length of your route and after you have saved one or several routes you can use it when registering or planning an activity. You can enter the time it took you to complete the route which is also graphed in ‘See results’! To add a route when you register an activity:
• Got to 'My log'
• Click on 'Register' on the menu bar
• Click ‘Register new activity’ or on ‘Register’ in a planned time and distance activity
• Select a route from the drop down list
• Select a sport from the drop down list
• Fill in the other details of the activity (e.g. date, time and who can see your registration)
