
Events can be everything from an informal match at the park, a public marathon to repeated events like weekly handball practice. Events are created in arenas and involve several participants – for creating individual activities, see ‘Plan activity’.
• Enter the arena where you wish to start an event
• Click on the events tab or use the action box on the right hand side of the screen
• Click ‘Create event’
• Fill in the details for your event – the title, description, start and endpoint, whether the event is repeated and where it will be held.
• Your teammates will receive an email notification in their inbox about the created event
Note: In some arenas the administrator may have chosen not to allow teammates to create an event. If this happens, you could message the administrator and ask them to publish the event on your behalf, or create a new arena for the event!
Once an event is created, it is added to the shared calendar of an arena and to the list of events where your teammates can RSVP to it. After the event has been held, you can select 'Previous events' to add a final score or result.
