Arena365 provides an online service that enables our users to plan, communicate and track their sports and active living activities. Furthermore, users can be linked together and share information with persons in their sports network. To enrich our users’ experience on the Arena365 website, we request and display some personal information to other members and visitors.

Arena365 collects user submitted data such as, but not limited to: name, email address, gender, age, geographical position, personal and sports interests. We do this in order to authenticate users, to send notifications, and to help our users find and communicate with each other. Likewise, Arena365 also stores the data you enter about exercise and training, and anything you choose to track and keep records of.

Arena365 also record non-personally-identifiable data like, but not limited to IP address, aggregate user data, and browser type from our users and visitors. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to members.

Non-personally-identifiable information can be combined with information you have provided to us (e.g. when you register). This will be kept confidential in the Arena365 Corporation and will not be shared, sold or otherwise transferred to third parties without informing you in advance and in accordance with applicable data protection law. Our reason to collect and combine user data is to analyze usage, custom visits and to improve the website service and enhance your experience.

Arena365 Corporation can use all content created by private users published in non private areas at Arena365.com or by creation marked as public for business purposes. User generated content can be but is not limited to articles, training programs, events, tests, challenges, goals and routes. An example of business purposes is to make this content available to other Arena365 users or clients of Arena365 Corporation.

Photos, videos and graphics uploaded by private users will not be used for any commercial purpose unless rights have been secured by Arena365 Corporation.

Arena365 takes precautions to ensure that member information is kept private and we use reasonable measures to protect the member information that is stored in our database. A limited number of people have access to these data qua their jobs and they are required to keep the information confidential.

Please note though that we cannot fully guarantee the security of member account information. Whenever you give out personal information online there is a risk that unauthorized third parties will intercept and use that information. Hardware and software failure, and other factors may also compromise the security. Disclosing personal information online is at your own risk.

Arena365 users may modify, change or remove any of their personal information from the Arena365 website at any time. We encourage you to update your personal profile or arena if information, interests etc. changes. As Arena365 user you are in full control as to who can see your results, goals, activities, and challenges. Please note that by making your profile or arena information public, you agree to allow others to view your content.

You may cancel your registration at Arena365 at any time. Additionally you can choose to have all your personal information deleted from our database. Data, content and information created in arenas, groups or through other interaction with other users will however not be deleted from our database when you cancel your personal registration at Arena365.com.

Arena365 contains links to other websites for which this privacy policy does not apply. This includes links from partners that may use Arena365’s logo as part of a co-branding or sponsor agreement.

Changes in our privacy policy may occur over time. If changes occur, we will post them on Arena365 and you are therefore advised to check the privacy policy from time to time for any changes that may impact you. At any time you will find the current version of our private policy on the Arena365 website.
